Welcome to QuickGrade. By using quickgrade.site (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. The service

QuickGrade provides a free online calculator that converts the number of questions and wrong answers into a percentage score and an optional letter grade. We may change, improve or remove features at any time without notice.

2. Acceptable use

You may use the Site for personal, educational and classroom purposes. You agree not to:

  • use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its hosting systems;
  • copy, scrape or resell the Site or its content in bulk, or present it as your own; or
  • use automated tools in a way that harms the Site’s performance for others.

3. Accuracy and official grades

Results are provided for convenience and estimation. QuickGrade is not an official grading system, and its results do not replace the grading policy of your school, teacher or institution. Please read our Disclaimer.

4. Intellectual property

The Site’s design, text, logo, graphics and code are owned by QuickGrade or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You keep ownership of anything you enter. These Terms do not give you any right to use the QuickGrade name or logo without written permission.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the Site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Site may be unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuickGrade and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or from decisions you make based on its results.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply in the jurisdiction where QuickGrade’s operator is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless local consumer law requires otherwise.
