Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 1, 2026
In short: QuickGrade does not ask for an account, does not collect your name or your test scores, and does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The numbers you type stay in your browser.
1. Who we are
QuickGrade (“we”, “us”) is a free online grade calculator available at quickgrade.site. This policy explains what information the site handles when you use it.
2. Information you enter in the calculator
The calculator runs entirely in your browser. The number of questions and the number of wrong answers you type are processed on your device and are not sent to us or to any server.
3. Information stored on your device
To save you time, QuickGrade uses your browser’s local storage to remember your last question count and your display choices (quick chart, decimals and letter grade). This data stays on your device, is not used to identify you, and is not a tracking cookie. You can remove it at any time by clearing your site data in your browser settings.
4. Information collected automatically
Like most websites, QuickGrade is delivered through a hosting and content delivery provider. Such providers may process technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages requested, to deliver the site, keep it secure and prevent abuse. We do not use this information to identify individual visitors.
5. Messages you send us
If you use the contact page, we receive the name, email address and message you submit, and we use them only to respond to you. The form is processed by a third-party form service on our behalf. Please do not include sensitive personal information, such as student names or grades, in your message.
6. Cookies, analytics and advertising
At the time of writing, QuickGrade does not set cookies, does not use analytics tools and does not show advertising. If we add any of these in the future, we will update this policy before they take effect and describe what they collect.
7. Third-party links
QuickGrade may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
8. Children’s privacy
QuickGrade is a general-purpose tool and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through the contact form, tell us and we will delete it.
9. Your rights
Because we collect very little personal information, there is usually nothing to access or delete. If you have sent us a message and want it deleted, or you have a privacy question, reach us through the contact page and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local data protection laws.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
